JOIN YOUR NEIGHBOR CAMPAIGN
Grow your Chapter by 10% or more!
In two tests we have averaged 10% overall growth. Here is how it works;
1. For your next event, have a driver for about 10 stops.
2. Ask each driver to leave 3 bags at adjacent houses; across street, left and right.
3. Attach to a brown paper bag a "Join Your Neighbor" card, where the driver writes in the donor's name and address on the card. The neighbors will know that person, see they are doing it, and hopefully get interested.
4. The card asks them to register using a QR code or URL link, gives them the next event date, and provides a 'needs list.
Hopefully they register! Next route, they will be on a route.
CREATING THE CARDS
The first thing to do is create a Campaign. You can send an email to info@simplegesture.org to request a pre-built template. Or you can create your own Campaign from scratch. Go to "Creating Campaigns" for more information.
Copy the QR code and URL link from the "Links" page for that campaign, and add it to a "Join Your Neighbor" information card. See below for a powerpoint template that you can modify.
WHERE TO GET THE BAGS?
Your local grocery store may donate them. Many do. You need 3 bags per routed donor.
